 Dylan Dosher- Mini 2 driver and 8th grade student at Lorenzo de Zavala.  Parents are Danny and Renea and he has one sister, Shaylee.  Sponsors are HIS PARENTS AND DOYCE AND BRENDA LOVEDAY.  Dylan love motocross, four wheeling, football, biking and he also races RC cars.  Dylan is a member of the distinguished honor society.

Jeremy Dockery- A Midget driver and first year member of TSK.  He is a golf professional.  His sponsor is FRENCH & CO. REALTORS.

Don Dowdy- A midget driver. Married to wife Kim and son Morgan join him in the pits on Friday nights.  That's all I have.

Morgan Dowdy- 10th grade student at Amarillo High.  Morgan has one sister, Candy.  He is sponsored by SATELLITE COUNTRY AND DAD.

Robert Eakin- Lives in Lubbock with his wife.  Drives the #30 Sr. kart.  Sponsored by ANGELA HIGHTOWER INCOME TAX SERVICE, TEMPLE ELECTRIC AND FORD'[S GIN SERVICE.

Braden Elliott- drives in the Mini 1/Young Guns class.  His parent are Shane & Michele and he has two brothers, Cory & Chris.  His sponsors are HIS GRANDPARENTS, PARENTS & AUTOPRO SUZUKI.

Marcus Evans- does double duty at Tri State Speedway.  He drives in both midget classes and is the current President of Tri State Karting, Inc.  He is sponsored by CANYON VIEW AUTO BODY.  His motto is: Being a winner is not how hard you can hit but how hard you get hit and keep moving forward in life.

Marshall Farmer- is the son of Kenny and Melissa.  He drives in the Junior 1  & Mini 1/Young Guns classes.  He has one brother.  He is sponsored by his PARENTS.  Marshall is a great driver and person with beautiful manners.

Kyle Fellers- is a 11th grade student at West Texas High School in Stinnett.  He drives in the A Midget class.  His parents are Kelly and Jerri Kay.  He has two sisters, Bonnie and Shannon.  He is sponsored by FELLERS WELDING, LUZCO TRUCKING AND SNIDERS RACING ENGINES.

Hannah Gaddy (Rocket Girl)- is the daughter of Darryl and Melanie and drives in the Junior 1 class.  She is in the 7th grade at Bushland Middle School.  Her sponsors are BULL DADDY RACING AND KS MOTORSPORTS.  She also plays volleyball.

 Jay Ball- 4th grade student at Bushland Elementary, parents-Jeremy & Bobbie Sue.  Drives in Junior 1 and Junior Animal classes.  Is sponsored by J3 MOTORSPORTS & BALL'S PERFORMANCE.  Hobbies are dirt bikes, racing, mud bogging and video games

     Kaleb Barfoot-4th grade student at Sundown Lane, parents- Aaron & Katie Pemberton and one brother, Wylie.  Drives in Mini 1/Young Guns.  Sponsored by PANHANDLE GREENHOUSES AND GR FAB.  Hobbies include wrestling and rock collecting.

     Pat Brandt- B class Midget driver, currently working the infield.  Married to Denise.  Sponsors are GAIL'S FLOWERS, SIGNS OF CHANGE, NATIONAL HOME HEALTH CARE AND BEEF O BRADY'S.

     Tom Burkhalter- A and B class Midget driver. Married to Pam.  Sponsored by THE NAIL FACTORY, PAM'S QUILTING CORNER AND CANYON VIEW BODY SHOP.

     Clay Burkham- 5th grade at Reeves Hinger.  Parents- Bob & Angela and one sister, Abby.  Drives in Mini 2/Jr. Champ.  Sponsors are MR. LIFTER, CANYON VIEW HOME IMPROVEMENT AND DESIGN AND RTS MOTORSPORTS.  He also likes to fish.

     Anthony Burnett- 9th grader at Canyon Jr. High.  Parent are Robert Burnett and Debra King.  Sponsored by M & M MOBILE HOME SERVICE AND REPAIR AND JC MOBILE AIR.  Hobbies include drawing, reading and playing video games.

     Paul Caproni- A Class Midget driver.  Sponsored by CPU TIERNAN AND HAROLD LEWIS.  Hobbies include die cast collecting and his grandchildren.  He lists a special talent of being grumpy.

     Dillon Casler- Boxstock driver in 1st grade at Rolling Hills.  Parents are Mike & Diana and he has one brother, Sean and one sister, Shelby.  His hobbies are baseball and game boy.

     Faith Castillo- Mini 1/Young Guns driver in3rd grader at Avondale.  Parents are Heather & Ish and she has one sister, Marisa and one brother, Justin.  Sponsored by ROY & LAURA GREER, ISH & HEATHER CASTILLO, LOYDENE MITCHELL AND AUTOPRO.  Hobbies include cheerleading and dancing.

     Brennen Chapman- 11th grade at Bushland.  Drives in the A Midget Class.  Parents are Brent and Vonda and he has two brothers, Cole and Brady.  Sponsored by STEWARD CONSTRUCTION, PEARSON & SON TRUCKING, SONCY ROAD BODY SHOP, ROBERTS RESTORATION, XXX RACING CO. AND PRO SHOCKS.  When not racing, Brennen plays football.

     Brock Diamond- 9th grade at Bushland.  Parents are Gregg & Kiersten.  He has one brother, Blaze  Drives in the Jr. 2 class.  Hobbies include football, basketball and racing.

    

PURPOSE AND INFORMATION OF AND ABOUT 
TRI-STATE KARTING, INC.

The purpose or purposes for which Tri-State Karting, Inc. was formed are for any and all lawful purposes including, but not limited to, the promotion of family-oriented go-kart racing in a drug-free environment for youth ages five and older. To provide opportunities for families to work together to enhance family relationships and to provide opportunities for youths of our organization to learn and practice sportsmanship, fair competition, rules, safety and organization.


Tri-State Karting was established in 1988 by a handful of people, one of which is still racing today.  In 1996 Tri-State Karting became a non-profit incorporation. The club is member owned and member run. Election of officers is held each year in October with the new officers taking office in January. The term of each office is from January 1st to December 31st. The board of directors of Tri-State Karting, Inc. consists of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and three elected Board Members.


Kart racing is a nation wide sport with many of it's drivers moving from karts to NASCAR. One example is Jeff Gordon. National events are held every year at different locations to bring together competitors from all over the United States to spend a week together racing.
